Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to customers. You will play a key role in increasing revenue by meeting or exceeding sales targets and building strong customer relationships.

Duties:
- Structure loans for Financing
- Take payments from customers with loans
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track sales activities and update customer information
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Negotiate contracts with customers
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Manage the sales lot and help where where needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience in technical sales or a related field
- Strong knowledge of the sales process and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software is preferred
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment - Basic Math skills to write up loans
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Open and close the sales floor

Pay: $65,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
